Among his many awards and honors, Mr. Murphy has received the Outstanding Educator Award, Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect, New York 2019; the Abe Goldstein Human Relations Award, Anti-Defamation League, 2017; the Advanced Bearing Witness Fellowship; Anti-Defamation League and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, 2008
