Join us in person for this monthly meditation gathering to gently welcome Shabbat morning and create space in a group for presence and connection. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned meditator, join Rabbi Lauren for meditation, chanting, and mindfulness wisdom that you can carry with you into the rest of your Shabbat and your week. We'll gather in the conference room beginning at 9:15am, and we'll close the doors to newcomers at 9:30am to minimize distractions. Feel free to bring your own meditation cushion and blanket if you’d like!
