Shabbat for All: PJ Library and Jewish Abilities Atlanta JDAIM Event

Shabbat for All
Introducing the Shabbat for All program! Celebrate Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance, and Inclusion Month with Jewish Abilities Atlanta and PJ Library Atlanta as we promote year-round inclusion in our vibrant Atlanta community. Join us for a fun-filled event featuring hands-on activities such as felt art, challah cover crafting, and a story corner for all ages.

We’re excited to welcome Sarah Lynn and Teddy Guillory, two talented Jewish American Sign Language interpreters, who will bring the PJ Library book This is My Shabbat to life through ASL interpretation. This event offers a wonderful opportunity for children, with and without disabilities, to come together and celebrate the diversity of our community in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Don’t miss out on this exciting celebration!

Finally, if you're interested, feel free to stay for Or Hadash Musical Kabbalat Shabbat. Or Hadash will serve heavy appetizers between the JDAIM program and the start of services. We look forward to seeing you there!
