Shabbat for All
Introducing the Shabbat for All program! Celebrate Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance, and Inclusion Month with JAccess and PJ Library Atlanta as we promote year-round inclusion in our vibrant Atlanta community. Join us for a fun-filled event featuring hands-on activities such as felt art, challah cover crafting, and a story corner for all ages.
We’re excited to welcome Sarah Lynn and Teddy Guillory, two talented Jewish American Sign Language interpreters — and Or Hadash members, who will bring the PJ Library book This is My Shabbat to life through ASL interpretation. This event offers a wonderful opportunity for children, with and without disabilities, to come together and celebrate the diversity of our community in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Don’t miss out on this exciting celebration!
Or Hadash is honored to host this program and invites attendees to stay for our Musical Kabbalat Shabbat service with Rabbi Lauren and the davening team. Appetizers will be served between the JDAIM program and the start of services.
Please RSVP for the JDAIM program so we know you are coming!
Lehitra'ot--We look forward to seeing you there!
