Morning Minyan

Join us at 9am on Sunday mornings for "mindfulness minyan." Rabbi Lauren will guide us through selected parts of the liturgy to allow for more spaciousness, singing, meditation, and movement. The service will be about 45 minutes long, and we will end with Mourner's Kaddish. Join us if this is your style of prayer, or you're curious and want to try something new to connect more deeply to the words of prayer and to your own inner life. Join in person or on Zoom.
