Community Groups

Learn, Play, Serve. There’s no one right way to engage. Find your people here.

If you have an interest that you don’t see represented below, find a few others and let us know - we’ll help you get a new group started!

  • Chevra Kadisha

The work of the Chevra Kadisha begins before death (visiting the sick, life review, ethical wills, funeral and burial planning), continues through the time of death (taharah, shmirah, kri’ah and burial), to the year after death (consoling mourners, meals of comfort, shiva, and grief processing), and beyond. Members volunteer to support these activities.
